UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Glen Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
