UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Early Learning and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in family communication. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
