UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Nest Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around donor records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
