UX Designer - content design (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Tulsa, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
