UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Loom Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
