UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in promotions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
