UX Designer - content design (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
