UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Junction Financial serves customers across Colorado Springs with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
