UX Designer - content design (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Raleigh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
