UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Granite Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in grant reporting. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
