UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in online orders. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
