UX Designer - content design (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
