UX Designer - content design (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around volunteer programmes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in volunteer programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
