UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
