UX Designer - content design (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Little Rock. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
