UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline Pine Markets is a Miami retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
