UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of about 434 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
