UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Birmingham area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a large organisation of about 279 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around learning materials that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
