UX Designer - content design (remote)

Greenridge Basin Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
