UX Designer - content design (remote)

Rivermark Timber Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
