UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Pharma Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
