UX Designer - content design (remote)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boston serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in branch operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
