UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in Orlando, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
