UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
