UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 857 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
