UX Designer - content design (remote)

Summit Pine Financial is a financial-services company in Madison. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
