UX Designer - content design (remote)

Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Tampa with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
