UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Learning Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in school calendars. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
