UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Ember Markets Group is a Tampa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
