UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
