UX Designer - content design (remote)

Lumen Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Cincinnati. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
