UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Birmingham. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
