UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Harbor Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
