UX Designer - content design (remote)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
