UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Kansas City. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
