UX Designer - content design (remote)

Clearpath Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Virginia Beach, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
