UX Designer - content design (remote)

Highbridge Willow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Miami area. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
