UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline Thistle Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
