UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Financial Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
