UX Designer - content design (remote)

Silverline Quill Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
