UX Designer - content design (remote)

Summit Lakeside Health Group runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
