UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Maple Early Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on content design for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
