UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bright Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Columbus with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
