UX Designer - content design (remote)

Nova Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in El Paso. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
