UX Designer - content design (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services is a regional lender in Miami with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
