UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Granite Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Nashville, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
