UX Designer - content design (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Insurance Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
