UX Designer - content design (remote)

Redstone Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
