UX Designer - content design (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Charleston. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on content design. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
