UX Designer - content design (remote)

Bright Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our content design. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
